What Kind of content you allow in your service?
any contents that are considered legal in Canada is accepted on our service with the exception of
1- Adult/porno related content (even legal ones are not allowed)
2- IRC servers (we may be a bit permissive for IRC depending ont he use case, please contact us if you intend to use the server for IRC)
3- public proxy servers (we accept personal and company VPN or proxies servers)

What payment methods you are accepting?
currently we accept Paypal and all major Credit Cards.
Also we can accept checks sent by mail and bank transfers to our bank account

Unfortunately currently we only accept the payment method that described above.
How Long does it take to deliver my product ?
Below is order processing times based on products. These are averages only and are AFTER payment is complete.
Linux VPS hosting:usually 4 hours or less after receiving the first payment and the order pass the review of billing.*
Windows VPS Hosting: 8 hours or less after accepting the order and receiving the payment.

Is it compatible with XenServer 6 and WHMCS 5.x?
Yes, it is compatible with both of them.
Do you Support Windows VMs ?
We support all basic operations on any windows VM except auto provisioning. The Server Admin has to install the Windows VM manually and then the users can reboot/shutdown and the admin can collect bandwidth data.
